1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing BertsParty.com for our 1st inaugural Halloweekend Party Event. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation and attendance at our event. By purchasing a ticket or participating, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.
2. Age Verification
All attendees of the Halloweekend Party Event must be 21 years of age or older. We will verify the age of all guests upon entry to ensure compliance. Any person found to be under the age of 21 or attempting to gain entry with false identification will be denied access without a refund.
3. Party Location
The current location for our Halloweekend Party Event is set at 138 Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303 However, this location is subject to change. In the event of a location change, all attendees who have RSVP’d will be notified in advance. It is the responsibility of the attendees to ensure they have the updated location details prior to the event.
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment for the Halloweekend Party Event will be facilitated by FASHIFY.com via PayPal. All payments should be directed to payments@fashify.com. Should you decide not to attend after purchasing a ticket, refunds will be available up to three days before the event. No refunds will be issued after this time frame. Please contact BertsParty.com’s support for refund requests.
5. Conduct & Behavior
All attendees are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful and considerate of other attendees, venue staff, and the BertsParty.com team. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.
6. Liability & Responsibility
BertsParty.com and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal belongings lost or stolen during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being and should exercise common sense and caution during the event.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make any substantial changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our website.
